Lincoln invites the public to its stand on January 18-26 at the North American International Auto Show, where it will be presenting the MKZ Hybrid midsize premium sedan as well as the all-new Lincoln MKC small premium utility.
The vehicles’ sustainability and craftsmanship will be highlighted by a collection of American-made goods from Detroit-based Shinola as well as a “A Glimpse of Spring”—a lush backdrop of wildflowers and grasses straight from Dwell, a leading voice of the modern design movement.
Shinola’s collection will include handcrafted watches and bicycles, artisanal leather, curated items, and journals created with paper from sustainable forests, emphasizing the detail and care with which the new 2015 Lincoln MKC was built.
The wall of flowers and grasses will be teamed with the MKZ Hybrid because of their shared perspective on “Rethinking Green.” With an EPA-estimated rating of 45 mpg city and 45 mpg highway, the MKZ Hybrid is the most fuel-efficient luxury hybrid in America.
“It’s great to welcome Shinola and Dwell, brands that share our passion for outstanding design and craftsmanship,” said Matt VanDyke, director, global Lincoln, in the brand’s press release. “The Lincoln stand at the North American International Auto Show will provide guests with an experience that is informative and immersive.”
