Lincoln is celebrating the arts, returning as a sponsor for the 31st annual Automotive Fine Arts Society exhibit at Pebble Beach, California. The show, called the Concours d’Elegance event, will be held on August 21st, marking the 20th year Lincoln has come out to show its support for the exhibit. Not only does the show focus on automotive design and styling, but artists from around the world will showcase work in various mediums.

According to Lincoln, some interesting showcases will include watercolors, acrylics, oils, wood, and various metal sculptures. The show is designed to promote automotive aesthetics, getting artists and designers to really think about innovative ways to change the industry. Lincoln is proud to support up-and-coming artists that show promise in the field, helping to create the next-generation of successful designers and artists.

“Lincoln has been our partner for two decades and has helped create a truly one-of-a-kind art show at the country’s most renowned automotive event,” said Ken Eberts, the President of the AFAS. “We’re pleased to enter another Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance with Lincoln as a valued partner who underscores the value and prestige of the event.”

Lincoln also announced that it will be sponsoring the AFAS cocktail party on August 20 as a precursor to the official event. The AFAS pavilion is a massive 6,700 sq ft exhibit designed to house works from nearly 25 different artists. In addition to the artwork on display, there will also be a 2017 Black Label MKZ and a Continental displayed, showing the top-end of automotive luxury and style.
