With the launch of the all-new 2015 Lincoln MKC, the automaker is taking luxury to a whole new level. Lincoln called on an old friend to create a new, Deepsoft leather seating material. The leather is exclusive to Lincoln and will surely be loved by MKC owners.
Lincoln revived its relationship with Bridge of Weir® Fine Scottish Leather, a relationship which first began back in the ’50s, in order to create the material.
“Deepsoft leather is unique from any product we’ve ever made, truly a luxury cue exclusive to Lincoln,” said Ray Torrance, who works as the Lincoln account manager for Bridge of Weir. “We’re thrilled to be so closely associated with an exciting new product like the Lincoln MKC.”
The Deepsoft leather seating is treated with a partial protectant that allows the material to remain soft and its natural grain to be seen. It is naturally milled, chromium-free, non-embossed, and dried for 16 hours. That’s eight times the number of hours automotive leather is normally given to dry.
It just so happens we have the 2015 MKC in stock here at Lincoln of Troy . Stop by today to explore the other luxurious features this vehicle offers.
